educational approval 2011

Educational approval for Excellence in Orthodontics 2011 is on a different basis to previous years because the London Deanery no longer approves courses for CPD in the light of General Dental Council regulations which stipulate that a course provider does not have to seek approval for a course provided it meets specified criteria.

The educational aims and objectives of Excellence in Orthodontics 2011 are to deliver a lecture course which gives evidence based and practical information about contemporary orthodontics using conventional and self-ligating brackets.

Excellence in Orthodontics 2011:

- delegates will be awarded 12 verifiable CPD points for full attendance at Excellence in Orthodontics 2011.  A certificate of attendance, verifying the CPD points awarded, will be issued to all participants at the end of the course.

- an FP84-0306 form will be provided to all delegates who can claim expenses in relation to attendance at Excellence in Orthodontics 2011.
