terms and conditions 2012

Cancellation policy

If you have booked and paid for a place on Excellence in Orthodontics 2012 and are subsequently unable to attend, the following charges will apply depending on the month in which cancellation occurs:

During December 2011                25% of fee paid
During January 2012                   50% of fee paid
During February 2012                  75% of fee paid
During March or April 2012           100% of fee paid

If a delegate does not arrive for the course, then this is construed as a last minute cancellation during April and 100% of the course fee is forfeited as per the above schedule.

Course fees are not transferable either to other delegates or to future courses. There is no reduction in the course fee if delegates only wish to attend one day of the course.

Delegates may wish to consider taking out insurance to cover any cancellation fees.

Excellence in Orthodontics will make every effort to run the course as advertised on this website. Excellence in Orthodontics reserves the right to make alterations to the timing or content of the course programme for operational or other reasons.

In the event of cancellation of the course by Excellence in Orthodontics, Excellence in Orthodontics' liability will be limited to a refund of the course fee only.

Photography, video and audio recording

A number of people have mentioned that the use of video cameras, still cameras (with or without flash) and audio recording during lectures is distracting.  The use of video cameras, still cameras and audio recording during Excellence in Orthodontics lectures is therefore not allowed.
